Product Information
PlanetEthr3 products displayed on this site are available while supplies last in the United States and Foreign Markets. The prices displayed on the site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and valid and effective in the United States.
Delivery Domestic
Purchased items will be shipped within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of the order date. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for packages to arrive. If your order has not been received within three(3) weeks of order date, please contact Wendy@PlanetEthr3.com. PlanetEthr3 is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibility of any claims made with the shipping carrier. All domestic shipments include shipping/handling costs within the United States.
Delivery Foreign
Purchased items will be shipped within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of the order date. PlanetEthr3 is not responsible for lost, Stolen or damaged shipments. All foreign shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibility of any claims made with the shipping carrier. All foreign shipments will be charged an additional shipping/handling fee depending on location. The buyer assumes any/all duties and custom costs for orders shipping outside the U.S and will be notified in advance of any additional charges. Please note; orders will not ship until the additional costs are paid to PlanetEthr3. Shipping and Handling are subject to change based on shipping carrier; additional fees may apply. PlanetEthr3 Customer Service will contact the buyer with an estimate of additional said charges.
Product Availability
Product availability may be indicated on the site; however, we cannot guarantee product availability and products may not be available for immediate delivery. PlanetEthr3 reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, cease availability or cancel an order pertaining to any and all products on the site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to ship products with substantially similar functionality and specifications to the product ordered or cancel the order.

Return Policy

Return Policy
All sales are final. Unless the product received is damaged during shipment, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. The item must be in its original packaging and is subject to inspection to verify defect. Determination is on a case to case basis and the buyer will be notified with 24 hours of received items return via e-mail correspondence.
